At this time, we are unable to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards issued at banks outside of the US. For security and fraud protection reasons, we verify all account information when a purchase is made. Foreign banks cannot provide us with this information; therefore we are unable to accept these cards.

Paying via these methods does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order your items until your check or MO is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. For most orders in the United States, paying by personal check or MO typically delays your order one to two weeks. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $1200. Some items, due to their weight and size will not qualify for free shipping and may require an additional shipping surcharge. We will notify you via e-mail of any additional fees prior to the processing of your order.
For your convenience, our ordering system helps you calculate the amount you will pay for the shipping of your orders under $1200 by adding your zip code in your shopping card!
Items in stock
Most items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment and delivery and usually ships within 3-5 days.
Items that are out of stock
You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
Some of your orders may be processed and shipped from the closest to your location in stock warehouse for a fastest delivery and may be delivered in more then one box and on different days.
Since some of the items are shipped directly from the manufacture shipping company will be selected by the manufacturer and may or may not correspond to your shipping company selection. However, the type of the service will be equal. For example, if during the checkout you chose UPS Next Day then we may substitute it with USPS Express mail. If you require special shipping handling please mention it in
comments section during the checkout process.
Shipping to APO/FPO/AAO/AEO & P.O. Boxes
AmberCity.com does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes (including APO/FPO/AAO/AEO) addresses, nor outside of the continental United States. However; we will ship to any destinations if payment type is check, money order or cashiers check, or for international orders - international money order, and only when funds completely clear.
Free shipping and flat rate shipping do not apply to the following States and Territories: AK, HI, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR and VI. Any additional shipping charges that may apply will be added manually to your order total when processed. Shipping rates are not marked up but may vary if rates increase from carrier.
Merchandise errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
USA Overnight Shipping & Handling
Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship in 1-3 days, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped in 4-9 days. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.
Shipping & Handling to Canada
For all Canadian shipments, AmberCity.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

You may return merchandise to a AmberCity.com by mail to our return center. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below.
7-Day Return Period
Seven days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
The following items are not returnable:
Any merchandise that may
have come into direct contact with the human body or has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Items such as, but not limited to, Coagulation Analyzer Kits, incontinence, hand splints, commodes, raised toilet seats, diabetic & ostomy supplies, hospital
beds & bed accessories, ultra lightweight wheelchairs, lift chairs, monitoring system equipment, wound care, nutritional products and bath safety products and other medical supplies and products that are for single-use. Any AliMed, Miltex & Inratio products are not returnable, with all warranty served exclusively by manufacturers.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.
Some Equipment items are not routinely normally stocked by us and based on the manufacturer's return policy, may not be returned for credit.
Unfortunately, but currently we do not offer any returns for purchases made from our eBay store.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns or exchanges. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on special order products. These fees apply unless the item you received the wrong item. In this case only exchanges will be allowed with the authorization by
Large quantity purchases
We strongly recommend try and feel one item before placing order for large quantity.
If you are not exactly sure what you are buying, and you are planning to place order of the large quantity, please buy one item for your review.
When you see and feel that it is the item that you need, then we will be happy to process your order for the large quantity.
We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for large quantity orders unless items sent were defective.
For all item(s) or orders that received free shipping; actual shipping cost to your destination will be deducted. AmberCity.com will only pay return shipping costs if returned items shipped due to our error otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction, will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. For all
item(s) or orders that received free shipping; actual shipping cost to your destination will be deducted.
Return Merchandise Authorization
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through email in order to insure accuracy and fast processing for all returns.
To receive your RMA number simply e-mail us returns@AmberCity.com. Please include your order and account number, your name and contact information.
We do accept any returns in our corporate headquarters listed on our site. You will be provided with the return address along with your RMA number.
Item(s) being returned must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
Items sent without an RMA number cannot be credited.
- Cancellations: Order cancellations must be sent in written form thru email or fax. If your order was already sent to warehouse for fulfillment you will need to follow steps to request return. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
